Exchange Order

Restina got back to me right away. Very clear with instructions. Though it was a couple of short exchanges she was very nice!

Excellent service and workmanship. A little slow on the logistics.

Quick shipping, easy to use website, and EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you Firmoo for a great experience!

Speedy delivery and great customer service! Abilgail was super helpful and I have recommended firmoo to everyone I know that wears glasses!

Shandee was excellent at listening to my problem and finding the best solution to resolve the issue!! She made sure the solution was in my best interest and saved me time and money! Thanks again Firmoo!!

FIRMOO was the only online eyeglass outlet carrying the large Aviator style frames I prefer. Others had a knock off which are significantly smaller when you read the details section. The FIRMOO frames are also compatible with the progressive lenses I require. Their prices are extremely reasonable and many frames and lenses options have a discount code to use. Their service was three times faster than the last glasses I purchased from another outlet. This was despite delays in shipping prompted by the Covid-19 pandemic. I don't purchase glasses very often but I will use FIRMOO the next time I order eye wear.
