I havent been able to find the right pair of glasses for me, after trying many pairs. I have put my queries to one of your staff, Anna, who has helped me so much. She was even able to give me a refund after me already trying out a few different pairs. I really wished I could have found a pair that worked for me as the frames are lovely, just the lenses that were the issue. But Anna was great, a credit to your team.
