I was skeptical about buying glasses from this site at first purely due to the low prices but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Came in a gorgeous map glasses case which is more sturdy than my NHS provided case! And the glasses look beautiful, dainty as described, and are lasting very well so far.

This is the first time I've ever purchased glasses online. Even though I had problems with vision distortion wearing the firmoo glasses and chose not to keep them, the customer service has been truly FANTASTIC and Shandee has amazing manners and is very customer-minded. I had originally decided to stick to paying more and getting glasses at physical stores, but i may reconsider shopping online on firmoo when I need new glasses because of the amazing customer service.

Firmoo's customer service is excellent, I had some concerns around the time taken to process my glasses (my misunderstanding) and from then Francis email regularly with updates. Glasses arrived within two weeks and are perfect.
