I actually did not like the glasses that I ordered. They were way too big for my face and looked ridiculous. I contacted Firmoo about a return/exchange, and chose the return option. They will be crediting my card for the cost of the glasses (less shipping) and it was super easy to do. I wish I'd found a pair I liked, but I'm thankful that I was able to get most of my money back.

This has been the 5th online specs company I used and definitely recommend it! I've ordered several frames including ones with gradient colour as well as photochromic lenses and they are all great! Good website to navigate with plenty of info and reviews - the weight of the frames are crucial for me to decide and I so appreciate that they do put this important information in the description. Firmoo costumer services are readily accessible and nice to deal with.

Firmoo is the BEST online glasses store around. Customer service is prompt and always goes above and beyond. In one instance, I paid for expedited shipping and it took longer than promised so they refunded me the cost. That was the only issue I’ve ever had with shipping, otherwise every pair I’ve ordered has arrived early. I’ve been a customer for 4 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
