We have purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Firmoo. The first pair, mine, were a pretty light prescription. I ordered transitions and photochromic. They are so great. They fit me perfectly! The second pair was for my friend whose prescription is really quite difficult. He usually has to pay a LOT for his glasses and no other optical place online that he's tried has been able to fill the prescription. Firmoo did so and they are excellent! Because of the complexity of his prescription we had to do a little bit of back and forth with Firmoo to get everything right as they had a few questions for us and we had to decide on a couple of different things. They were so professional, knowledgable and helpful. Shipping was FAST. We will be recommending Firmoo to all of our friends. Given that we're in a pandemic, I haven't seen a many of my friends yet but when I head to the store I get compliments on my glasses for sure!

Edit: y’all trying to make me sound stupid or something. I have a screenshot of your customer service rep telling me that they’re the same thing. the first free pair isn’t actually free. there’s a hidden extra processing fee that shows up in the email confirmation receipt only. I know that I have to pay extra for blue-light lenses and whatnot. I was fine with that. what I wasn’t fine with was y’all advertising as free lenses when in reality it was the same as your first pair for 4.95 offer. if y’all are gonna lie then just offer only that in the first place. take your bs excuse out of here and just own up to trying to scam us. Original Review: I got an offer for a free first pair and decided to use it. a friend bought hers using the $4.95 first pair code not even a week ago only paying an additional shipping fee. I bought my pair today and only in the email confirmation did I see a hidden processing fee of $4.95 (not shown at checkout) I asked the chat agent why I was charged for this but my friend wasn’t. they were nice and honest and said it’s basically the same thing but wow. ok. immediately cancelled my order. it’s not the $4.95 that’s the issue, it’s the fact that it’s such an unethical low life way for them to get their measly money. just don’t even offer the free pair at that point. can’t support a company that will hide hidden fees until an email confirmation to get their money. what a scam.

I was skeptical, because of the prices, but I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses with blue light block and I am in love with them. My lenses are clear, not thick and have sort of a blue shine. I had a coupon and got both of them for $60. I just got them, but I hope that they hold up well. I will be buying more soon.
