I accidentally put the wrong prescription in the system and when I received my glasses, they were blurry. I reached out to exchange and was contacted the next day with a solution. Very speedy and great customer service!

Great quality glasses, at an even better price. Was really sceptical before making the purchase but the glasses arrived within 9 days, great quality and fit perfectly. They even came with a free hard and soft case. Will be buying from Firmoo again for sure!

Glasses were okay at first, so cheap it took my eyes a few minutes to adjust, however I bought them for the sole purpose of the clip on sunglasses that were an additional price, and those clip ons are the worst things imaginable. They barely fit but were okay enough, but then within 20 minutes and literally only putting them up twice, they broke. I was gutted and I hate how I've wasted money. Then after 2 days of wear, the glasses themselves broke at the hinge. I have wasted $100 on clip ons that broke after 20 mins and glasses that broke after 2 days. Also their CSR threatened that they'd refuse to help me if I reported them to PayPal for sending poor quality items... Garbage!

We offer 3-Month Warranty: Customers will enjoy a 3-month warranty (3 months from the date of receipt), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. They really care about their customers and will go the extra mile to make sure your order is perfect. I was confused about a product and when the time came for them to start the manufacturing process they called to make sure I really wanted what I had. They explained what the differences in the products were and helped me come to a more informed decision. Plus they have fantastic speed for their glasses and it is the shortest times I have ever had to wait to get my glasses made.
