Firmoo ofrece un servicio postventa excelente. Compré dos pares de gafas ( que llegaron muy rápido): uno llegó perfecto, y el otro tenía un problema con las patillas. Me atendieron rápido y me dieron dos soluciones: reembolso completo o un bono para unas gafas nuevas. La atención fue profesional, amable y resolutiva. Lo recomiendo muchísimo por su calidad y por cómo cuidan al cliente.

I bought some prescription glasses from firmoo. When they arrived they were perfect however they didn't suit me at all. I contacted customer service on Saturday morning requesting a refund as per their policy. They have refunded me, the money is already in my account by Saturday afternoon and they said I didn't have to send them back. That is amazing service! I would recommend buying the frame only as cheap as possible and then if it suited me I would spend the money on the right prescription.

I have used Firmoo for my glasses for years now, and a most recent purchase had a minor defect in the nose pads. I contacted Customer service and Vinz was able to address my concerns quickly and very generously corrected the problem with zero hassle. I will continue to buy my glasses from Firmoo.

I LOVE my glasses!! They came so quick, are so sturdy, fashionable, and high quality. I recently spend more than double the price I spent for TWO Firmoo pairs on one pair from Glasses USA, and the quality difference is MIND BLOWING. I was so bummed at the glasses I spent nearly $200 on and was really banking on these Firmoo ones fitting me. Well, they DO! And they’re even cuter than I imagined.
