My tracking said the glasses were delivered, though after a while of searching, asking neighbors, etc, the package was no where to be found. I filed for a “refund”, to which I was contacted by a miss Karen, and she assured me that the problem would be fixed at no extra cost to me. I told her the refund isn’t what i wanted, it was the glasses. I have bought from Firmoo before and i knew the quality of the glasses were worth the extra wait again. Karen so graciously put in the order for my glasses to be resent at NO cost to me. Such a kind woman, and absolutely represented the company AMAZINGLY. LOVE buying here!!

I ordered a pair of glasses and thought they would be more colorful and smaller in size. When I wrote to ask about a return, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a coupon for another pair, along with detailed instructions on choosing the correct size and how to measure for the correct fit. The person who contacted me was very friendly, helpful and I feel that customer satisfaction is vital to Firmoo. Thank you for a wonderful selection. He pedido dos veces ya, tengo 2 pares de sol y 2 de vista, y estoy encantada. Las compré para usar sobre todo en casa y en las salidas a hacer senderismo o excursiones así, donde me daba miedo perder o romper las caras. En mi caso, yo sabía mi graduación exacta porque en mi óptica me lo anotaron en un papel cuando me hice la revisión (esto de los ejes y demás q pide la web), y no noto ninguna diferencia cuando me las cambio entre unas y otras (las uso todas indistintamente). Recomiendo!!

Immaculate customer support, got a refund on a pair of glasses that had the wrong sizing, and didn't even need to ship it back to their warehouse! Instead, they help you find a place to donate the glasses, which I found very sweet. 10/10
