I have requested to change my referral code via email a sunday night and surprise! I got a very quick answer from the team.. Then in less than 24 hours I receive my new code available as I request it. Fast responses make us feel cared, of course

I worked with Tine on getting a refund for my glasses that just didn't quite fit my face the way I thought they would. Wonderful, fast service was delivered!

I put in the wrong address but customer service reached out and took care of the issue for me and I’ve since received my glasses. Thank you all for your help!

I love my glasses and their customer service is excellent and very satisfying. I cannot wait for my second order

Very helpful customer service! I had a problem with my glasses once they arrived and emailed the customer service team, who replied the next day (on a bank holiday) and offered me a voucher to purchase a new pair of glasses without having to send back the original. Very happy Thankyou!
