Glasses arrived within 10 days with express service. Amazing quality and they're so clear!!

Great experience and great glasses. Have now bought 3 pairs. Firmoo's customer service is excellent. My first pair didn't work out because I had entered an incorrect value in my prescription. They immediately offered me a credit (less shipping) and helped me make sure the prescription was correct. Because of this exceptional service (given it was my mistake) I am now a customer for life.

This is literally the most professional and customer friendly service ever. If you have a issue they reach out to you instantly and make sure you will be happy. I didn’t get an email because it landed in the spam and they called me to tell me to check my spam and send another mail. Thank you a lot.

I initially ordered a pair of glasses from Firmoo’s website after finding a great coupon. There was a problem with the address on my package (I think it was my mistake), and my glasses were not able to reach me after arriving at my local post office. I emailed Firmoo’s customer service and was helped by Maru, who could not have done a better job answering my questions quickly and assuring me that my package would still reach me. After the glasses had to be returned to their CA distribution center, they were reshipped to me in a timely manner and Maru sent me the new tracking information as soon as it was available. Overall, this experience has left me with a great opinion of Firmoo’s customer service and I will recommend them to anyone who’s on the market for a low-cost pair of glasses.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong prescription for my glasses. Marjierita helped me out in a very quick and helpful way. They wrote and excellent email to guide me to resolve my issue. All in all, the only reason why I didn’t give up on firmoo is because of this customer service representative.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses from FIRMOO and 2 pair from ZENNI. Got them within a day of each other. The FIRMOO glasses: I’m dizzy, nauseous, cannot see anything clear unless I turn my head to the left but shift my eyes to the right. Then my vision is clear but my eyes are not on the side of my head. My ZENNI glasses: put them on and I am styling. No headache, no vision issues. As a 63 yo glasses wearer I know when the glasses are done properly and FIRMOO were not. Customer service wants me to “give them a chance”, “ wear them a little longer”. I CANT WEAR THEM AT ALL. If you have a simple basic RX FIRMOO will probably work for you. But the glasses I bought? Garbage.
