This is my first time using Firmoo and I'm very pleased with the service I received! I ended up having trouble with my first order - sizing and style wise. I requested an exchange and spoke with Jeannie. She was amazing! She gave me a promo code for the full amount to try again. But then I had trouble on my second order too - more of a prescription/size problem. I wasn't sure anything could be done because I'd already used my one return for the order. But I emailed Jeannie again to see what my options were. She was so very patient and kind. I've ordered glasses online before but I just had a lot of trouble this time. Something that might help in the future is including the possible PD ranges each pair of glasses can accommodate in the product description. I've always ordered glasses from Zenni before and that's something they have listed on each product. So I think knowing that would have helped me make better and more informed decisions on a couple of the pairs I ordered. But all in all, very happy with my experience on the site and in talking with Jeannie. She was really sweet.

Absolutely thrilled with my glasses just arrived. Fast delivery. The frames are absolutely super. The varifocal lens great quality. Excellent transition in sunlight. Last year had my very first pair of varifocals from Firmoo, took just 7 days to get used to them. Now they are second nature to me. Great customer service from Firmoo, seond to none. Will always return to Firmoo every year or when my prescription changes. Thank you Firmoo for making an 80 year old very happy with their glasses.

Selecting, ordering and reception of the glasses went well. While shipping was a bit slow (due to Covid), it didn't bother me much. I did have to return the glasses for an exchange as I didn't like how they looked on me, but the process was painless and speedy. Customer service was quick, clear and helpful. I was pleased with my interactions with the company throughout the buying experience.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Jeannie in regards to a return I had requested due to the glasses I ordered unfortunately not working out with my prescription. Jeannie was incredibly kind and helpful, prompt to reply to my emails and offering me options of either a return or a store credit. Jeannie also went above and beyond to help explain to me what may have caused my prescription to be blurry for that type of frame which was very helpful and kind of her to do. Overall I had a wonderful experience and am so thankful for Firmoo for having such great staff! I will definitely be purchasing from here again, this time knowing what to look out for when choosing a frame with my prescription. Thanks Jeannie :)!!

I bought a pair of glasses in early February, after weeks they hadn't arrived so I asked Firmoo when to expect them. They informed me the order was lost and I'd be issued a full refund, over six weeks after they'd said that they'd refund me I still don't have any glasses or the money I gave Firmoo. Every time I ask customer service for an update I'm fobbed off with the old "management will get back to you via email within 24 hours" excuse, and they never do. Please avoid them, they're thieves and con artists.

Maru, the customer service representative who helped me was great. They provided me with options to solve my issue quickly and efficiently. I look forward to purchasing from Firmoo in the future.

Great quality of glasses. The shipping took a little over a week which is really quick since they shipped from China to Canada. Would definitely order again Just disappointed that they don't do polarized sunglasses for high prescription but oh well.
