Ho ricevuto oggi gli occhiali, ho dovuto pagare altri 18,58 ''contrassegno''al corriere altrimenti non mi dava la merce, non so per cosa sono questi 18 euro in piu, a questo punto non so quanto conviene. Comunque gli occhiali sono perfetti. Aggiorno:mi hanno rimborsato la metà dei 18€,gli occhiali sono bellissimi ma il fatto che si devono pagare poi all'arrivo 18€ è penalizzante. I accidentally ordered a pair of non-prescription sunglasses when I needed them to be prescription so I contacted Firmoo after the order came to check into returning or exchanging and they gave me a $30 off coupon towards my next order! Very prompt and generous customer service, thanks Kate!

If 0 stars was possible, I would’ve rated it that. I paid on PayPal in the 4/4 installments. However, I was unhappy with the customer service and reviews.. so I canceled it, not even 15 minutes after placing my order. On PayPal it says I’ve paid the 4/4 installments, right after canceling! However, it said they refunded it after. Which they have not. On my card it shows only 1/4 of the installments paid for, and that was returned today. However I did read that there’s a $5 canceling fee (if I’m correct), which I did cancel & was never charged for that. My bank account shows ONLY the 1/4 of the installments, not the cancellation fee nor the full amount that it says I have paid through PayPal. I also all of a sudden have pending withdrawals?? I’m not 100% sure if it’s from you all, but my bank wasn’t sure what it was from when I asked.

Ordered glasses that didn’t suit or fit right and they rectified this within 24 hours of first contacting them. Excellent customer service.

I need varifocals and my main prescription is -6.5 and -5.75. Normally my lenses alone cost £300 by the time they've been slimmed down. I got two pairs of glasses for £220, including the postage. Huge range to choose from. Could have easily picked 5 more. I found the sizing guide really helpful. Appreciated that it showed me how to find size of current glasses. Once I knew that, choosing frames was easy: I just kept to the shape and dimensions I already had. Delivery took a fortnight. They came today and I'm really pleased. For the price, I expected them to feel a bit on the cheap side. They don't feel cheap at all. I will def be buying again from Firmoo.
