Love the glasses. They are exactly like the picture. I was a little concerned because the glasses in photos were pale pink. I was worried that if the color was not right, it would look "too much". The shape turned out to be much more subtle in real life. So it was quite cute, if you like a little flair

I absolutely love this company and I recommend it to everyone! Their shipping is within a reasonable amount of time and the quality of their glasses are amazing when compared to other overpriced eyeglasses stores. I also had a problem with a second pair of glasses I bought from them and they gave me refund/exchange within 1-2 days! Super satisfied with my experience and will be buying all my eyeglasses from this company from now on!

Das Problem: einige Monate nach Lieferung kam eine dicke Rechnung von TNT über mehr als 30€ für Shipping, die ich zunächst gar nicht zuordnen konnte. Natürlich bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass ich bei Firmoo bereits alle Liefergebühren im Endpreis mitbezahlt hatte. Firmoo bot mir aus "Kulanz" etwa die Hälfe als Entschädigung an. Aber auch die Brille ist eigentlich nicht ihr Geld wert: ich habe mich für alle Premium Coatings entschieden, die es gibt - mit der Hoffnung auch eine schmutzabweisendere Brille zu erhalten. Trotz besserer Linsen und maximalen Coatings spiegelt die Brille, beschlägt ständig und zieht Fett und Schmutz nur so an. Ich frage mich daher, was die Beschichtungen überhaupt für einen Mehrwert bieten sollen. Die Brille an sich ist optisch in Ordnung, allerdings merkt man, dass man kein Markenprodukt besitzt.

I frequently buy glasses online, and Firmoo caught my eye this time because they carried some pretty unique frames. I purchased 2 pairs, which came in the expected timeframe. The frames themselves were very good quality, but the lenses much thicker than what I was used to (even with my high rx). I wasn't sure how customer service would be, but decided to reach out and was amazed. Karen responded promptly and was very courteous, and we were able to come to a resolution quickly. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase from Firmoo again based off of this experience.
