Glasses arrived.useless.cant see at all completely foggy.waste of my money.never buy from these again! I still stand by these comments as firmoo replied gave me code to get new glasses but wasnt workin so i am no better off unless i want to buy new glasses but not with this company thanx

Quality eyeware at an affordable price. I have ordered from Firmoo several times and have always been pleased with the results. The glasses have always arrived sooner than I expected and I have never had a problem with the order. Great customer service.

Very good customer service - my original order was lost by royal mail, their customer services immediately reprocessed the order for no extra charge, no fuss, super helpful and very responsive. I was nervous about ordering from China but the glasses arrived a week later. Will be buying again.

I have purchased from Firmoo before and always got my glasses quickly with no issues. I had ordered a pair that I had trouble seeing properly out of once I received them and contacted customer service about returning. They were quick to respond, gave me advice on why there was an issue (the glasses were too big for me!), and gave me a refund. They also gave me info on where to donate my glasses. I will definitely continue shopping here!

Firmoo definitely gained a loyal customer here. I received the glasses I ordered and although I loved the style, I selected the wrong blue-light blockage ratio. They wrote back right away and I was able to re-order with no charge. The product is also great quality for the price!
