I had a voucher that I used to purchase sunglasses. However, because I moved to a new country that had a couple of regulations regarding shipping, I had to complete a couple extra processes (passport stuff, real name authentication, etc.). Firmoo was actually really good at communicating with me what I needed to do and stayed really kind throughout our whole email exchange, and I appreciated the attentiveness in customer service. :)

Received my two pairs today. Really happy with my purchase and I got an introductory offer of buy one get one free. I paid £24 for two pairs. The prescription was perfect! I absolutely love them and will be purchasing more.

The price for the glasses is really affordable and the product is really good. I received them quite fast. Good value for money, I will definetly recommend and puchase again myself.

Placed an order for a pair of glasses but accidentally missed adding on the coating. Customer service was responsive and flexible with finding a solution that worked!

In my opinion this site is selling standard reading glasses at an inflated price - the kind you can get in Poundland. I entered my prescription - near and intermediate lenses plus prism - and instead received single vision reading lenses. Wish I could get a refund but no information on how to do this. Avoid!
