Great customer service! Definitely recommend email customer service prior to ordering to avoid lenses being too thick or the lense being too big for your prescription.

j ai commande il y a 1mois ,pas encore recu , donc j attend toujours ,j ai recu un mail de Reduction, avec un code , du au retard , mais comme tout les codes que firmoo vous propose a la fin au moment de payer ca ne marche jamais, c est toujours pareil ,la monture que vous avez choisi n est pas éligible a la réduction, ou offre réserver au nouveaux client ,quand j ai commandé les 2 paires j etais nouveau client je crois!!!!bref du bidon!!! c est fatigant a la longue dommage car les lunettes sont sympa, le port dans les 9euros c est assez cher
