Don't get the basics lenses... I ordered two pairs and both are unusable. The glare/reflection on both is so bad it's uncomfortable and renders them useless. They're also shipped from China, which I don't think was hugely clear, leaving a massive carbon footprint. Next time order from glasses direct, just as cheap and UK based, better quality.

I love ordering from this website, I've never not been betond satisfied. My glasses come fast. They are always perfect.

What I love about Firmoo is that I could just upload my RX pdf. The service was fast and transparent and the glasses may be the most comfortable I have ever owned. The whole process was easy. The pricing was amazing (even for progressive lenses).

They were absolutely PHENOMENAL!! My optometrist made a mistake giving me an incorrect PD, and i had to exchange the ones i ordered and the customer service was so awesome! I asked for an exchange and they were more than welcome to help me out with it and with such kindness too, this is seriously an amazing company and these glasses are seriously adorable.
