Ordered 2 pairs for the first time, got a 3rd one for free as a welcome gift! People at Firmoo are so thoughtful, they are aware that my prescription is pretty high so they adjusted the free pair to better fit me. I'll def order more in the future & be sharing their awesomeness to my family & friends!

Irish is the BEST! Irish deserves a raise or promotion! Impeccable customer service, sincerely an angel! I am so grateful! Huge help, kind, amazing! It's because of Irish, I seriously won't get my glasses anywhere else now! Thank you Irish!!! :)

The website is super user friendly. The online chat allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to. My specs were dispatched the day after I placed my order. Then I was able track the delivery in real time. And then 2.5weeks later my specs arrived in perfect condition. The prescription was 100% accurate. Firmoo for the win!!!

My Customer service rep was Abigail and she was amazing! I have ordered 10 pair of glasses and only 1 minor complaint, but she made it right, so on I go to ordering pair number 11. :-)

I was called and told my parcel couldn't be sent quickly, so they refunded the money that I had spent to get it here that way. (Canada) Great! And, although it took quite awhile to get here, the package was well done, the glasses are lovely and I can see just fine now. :) Nice price and great service. :)

Excellent communication and very helpful in getting my package to myself. Initially, my package was lost but my customer rep (Fema) was very kind to reship and make sure I received my package.
