I love Firmoo! They are priced amazing and deliver quality glasses.

Great for kids who are between 5-8 years old. The legs and joints bend with easy for kids who don’t pay attention to that stuff yet. Fit as expected for her face shape. My daughter is as tall as an 8-9 year old and is 7 if that helps. We also got those secure straps and wire straps. They are great for keeping the glasses in her face and secure to her head while in school and having fun also. I would highly recommend also buying those. Two hard shell plastic eyeglass cases came with both pairs and a cleaner cloth. We will definitely be purchasing from firmoo in the future too.

Ich möchte mehrere Brillen bestellen. U.a. Sonnenbrillen mit unterschiedlichen Tönungen. Erst hieß es, die Versandkosten müssen bei mehr als 9 Brillen neu berechnet werden und es gibt kein Rückgaberecht. Beides akzeptiere ich. Dann behauptet der Kundenservice, ich wäre Großhändler und wolle mir damit Rabatt erschleichen und storniert die Bestellungen einfach. Das Argument würde ich vielleicht verstehen, wenn es hunderte Rahmen wären, aber bei ein paar mehr Brillen mit komplett individuellen Sehstärkegläsern, finde ich den Vorwurf schon recht unpassend. Das Unternehmen sitzt im Ausland und der Kundenservice ist nicht zuvorkommend. Ein Anbieter, der den zahlenden Kunden bevormundet, was er bekommen darf….

Am Anfang skeptisch aber meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen . Deutscher Kundenservice , nachfragen wenn sie etwas „ komisch „ finden bei den Werten die man angibt . Super Brillen - eine p Für den PC und eine Sonnenbrille mit Stärke und diese gefallen mir besser als die vom Optiker

TERRIBLE shipping experience. I am still waiting for my order! I was told my order would be delivered on or before August 23 and guess what? My order is still in CHINA!!! Every time the tracking updates it shows my order is in a different warehouse in CHINA!!! How on earth does one order move from warehouse to warehouse in China?! FIRMOO should realize that this is serious. People need their prescriptions and they should make use of reliable companies to courier!!!
