FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Amazing customer support! I was having some issues with applying a discount to my order and the support was super Friendly and solicitous trying to find a solution for me! Also they are eager to answer any questions. Unfortunately I messed something up and wanted to return one of my glasses, where I was immediately offered a replacement or refund without even having to send the wrong pair back! I can highly recommend Firmoo to anyone looking for uniquely tailored glasses, even if you just need sunglasses, no prescription whatsoever. 🌸🙏🏿

Unbelievable value, optician quoted me £400+ for my complex lenses but manage to get the same lenses and frames for £50! Delivery takes around 10 days but absolutely worth it!

Super easy, and very helpful with the 24/7 chat on the website for all those silly questions that pop up! glasses came fast and affordable

Great customer service!

Great site to purchase fashionable glasses on a budget. I have used them several times to experiment with my look and try out not only prescription glasses but sunglasses as well. The quality at times needs to be eyed, had a leg fall off one time based on how it was designed, but overall affordable and maintainable for me. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to shake things up on a budget and have options.
