Have ordered repeatedly from Firmoo. Each time my prescription. Changes I just upload the new Rx and place my order. Have been very happy with the quality and the price can’t be beat!!!

The website put himself one cupon code to give a discount. ATTENTION: I did NOT choose or ask for any cupon, it was automatic in the website. I chose the glasses i wanted for me and my husband and paid. Two days later they canceled my order and told me that code was not functioning well. It is NOT my fault. If you advertise something on your own, if you put it on your website and people neither have a chance to choose (the website put the code automatically, no one but yourselfs put it there), you should assume your responsabilites and send the order to the customers with the price YOU advertised. What you did is false advertising ! Will never shop again.

Llevo años comprando en esta óptica online y mi experiencia siempre ha sido buena pero hoy hago esta valoración porque creo que su atención conmigo últimamente ha sido excepcional. Fui a graduar la vista a mi oftalmólogo y me hizo una receta con la que encargué, a través de Firmoo, dos pares de gafas normales graduadas y otros dos pares de sol (también graduadas) aprovechando una oferta de 2x1.Una vez recibí las gafas, me di cuenta inmediatamente de que no veía bien y, antes de hacer una reclamación, volví a mi oftalmólogo a asegurarme de que me había graduado bien y, efectivamente, no lo había hecho. Disgustada con la situación, les escribí un correo a Firmoo para ver si había la posibilidad de devolverlas y me atendieron rápidamente y con mucha diligencia. El servicio postventa es espectacular. Finalmente, me reembolsaron el dinero y he podido encargar unas nuevas con la graduación correcta. Además, se percataron de que había un error con la DP y me lo advirtieron. Pero no solo eso, me lo corrigieron sin ningún coste adicional (a pesar de que por el tamaño de los cristales requería un ajuste extra). Creo que nunca en ningún óptica física se han preocupado tanto por mí ni han sido tan amables. Repetiré siempre con ellos, lo tengo claro. Gracias.

Wonderful customer service. Pleased with my glasses.

The glasses were perfect! There was an issue with shipping and my order might have gotten lost in the mail but the customer support was super helpful and was able to get a new pair sent out to me. I always recommend Firmoo.

Servicio postventa excelente, no estaba cómodo con las gafas y me dieron la opción de cambio sin ningún problema. Por otro lado, la relación calidad - precio resulta ser magnífica.

The best glasses firm! My girlfriend broke her glasses (it was from Firmoo as well), so we placed an order and contacted them via live chat to gently ask them to deliver before Christmas if possible. Given the fact it was on 13th of December, and we're in Europe it was more or less impossible. BUT THEY MADE IT! Thank you!
