I would highly recommend firmoo. I had an issue with a pair of glasses. A manufacturing fault. I emailed them and they promptly issued me with the same value for a replacement pair. Excellent customer service.

I’ve ordered like nine pairs of glasses from Firmoo over the years. I haven’t had any issues with the quality of any of the frames. A couple of times - I had issues where the style was not what I expected. Still, their customer service team was superb. They gave me store credit and urged me to keep or donate the glasses. The last frame arrived 7-8 days after the order date. That’s pretty quick considering that they are shipping from overseas. I don’t have anything bad to say. If that changes - I will update my review.

Über die Qualität kann ich leider nicht viel sagen, da sich bei mir einige Schwierigkeiten ergeben haben die dazu geführt haben dass mein Paket an Firmoo zugeschickt wurde. Was ich aber sagen kann, dass man hier einen wirklich tollen Kundenservice hat der auch noch sehr sehr kulant ist, denn ich habe relativ schnell und ganz unkompliziert eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises bekommen...Vielen Dank noch einmal. Ich werde bei Firmoo sicher nochmals eine oder mehrere Bestellungen tätigen, alleine schon wegen der Tatsache dass sich hier wirklich um den Kunden gekümmert wird und versucht wird eine Lösung für eventuell auftretende Probleme umgesetzt werden. Ho pagato 50 euro tutto incluso, per due paia di occhiali (alla fine mi sono ritrovato con 4 paia sempre per 50 Euro), uno da sole graduato polarizzato, BELLISSIMO. L'altro da vista, antiriflesso, leggerissimo, trasparente, sembra vetro di quanto cristallino! Avevo sbagliato misura ma loro mi hanno rimborsato, rinviato gratis in una settimana in Sicilia, TOP! Vedo non bene ma benissimo, meglio dei miei 600 euro spesi qualche anno fa, sevizio clienti e qualità dei prodotti number One. Ah, li ho portati a misurare dall'oculista ed erano PERFETTI sia in ASSE, CIL,SF, PD ecc. Consiglio a tutti!

amazing quality glasses. As a student, I was done with spending hundreds on terrible quality designer glasses. I was recommended to try firmoo by a friend and wow I will never not buy from here now! Everything is better than I expected, the frames are sturdy and are made of titanium which wont tarnish with my 24/7 wear(which im so glad about)! I was able to pick up 2 pairs (one which was almost identical to a branded pair which I paid £200 for) and I paid £45 for TWO!. Thank you so much firmoo, please never close shop !
