They were consistently calm and tried their best to be as helpful as they could be. The quality of the product line is absolutely wonderful I love my new glasses and will definitely come back for more when I need them best wishes ☺️👍🙏

Servizio lentissimo chat quasi inaccessibile.

Scusati ancora e buona giornata!🥰

Always had good glasses from this company and I’ve been ordering since 2020. However after a misleading promised voucher incident, I have lost trust and faith in this company. It’s such a shame but a company that lies to customers isn’t a company I want to give money too anymore.

I’ve been ordering my glasses from Firmoo for years. Great quality and great customer service! There was a mishap on my end on a recent order and the service agent went above and beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations. Will continue purchasing all my glasses through them!
