I made a mistake with my prescription and contacted them about getting it exchanged, I woke up the next day already with a reply from Kate with a coupon code to replace the glasses, the mistake I made in putting my prescription highlighted to insure it’s fixed, and instructions on how to donate the pair that was wrong instead of sending it back!
