Had ordered my free glasses as it said in the email I got in May, excited as my order arrived in my country however got disappointed as the delivery company returned my glasses to the warehouse saying my numbers did not work. Surprisingly they had used my back up numbers as my main line and the main line as my back up number which is exactly how they got it from the Firmoo system. Speaking to the consultant at firmoo reminding them this was not my first order with them and in the first order they used my correct main numbers not the back up numbers, they worked on fixing their mistake and alerted the warehouse of the correct numbers. June the 12th i received my order after back and fourth with the warehouse and Firmoo. My glasses were perfect, beautiful and gave me an elegant look. I just love them! Thank you Firmoo and the team!

Quick response time with my exchange, they provided me with a new pair, and arrived as promised and fit and looks great. I have never had any issues with Firmoo. Azienda fantastica, Onesti, Veloci, e supporto fantastico, per sbaglio ho messo alcune opzioni in più all’ordine del mio occhiale, ordine sospeso contatto l’assistenza tramite la chat live del sito e abbiamo risolto in nemmeno 30 minuti, l’ordine iniziale ammontava a 110€ dopo che l’assistente ha corretto il mio ordine ho avuto 35€ di rimborso e l’occhiale che mi è arrivato a casa è perfetto in tutto, montatura e lenti. Tramite la mia esperienza posso dire che oltre ad essere molto meno cari rispetto alla concorrenza sono anche professionisti in quello che fanno, consiglio vivamente! 5 stelle più che meritate.
