I ordered 3 pairs of glasses which the local courier attempted to deliver and as I was not at home the package ended up being returned to the sender. On contacting customer service they replied immediately with a choice of 3 very generous solutions for me even though it was not their mistake. The order was remade and sent out very promptly. I am delighted with my 3 pairs of glasses and will most certainly order again.

Mes lunettes devaient arriver en 2-3 semaines mais sont arrivées en 9 jours, ce qui fut une belle surprise. Pour 25 euros monture + verres + diverses protections (avec code promo -40%) rien à redire, les lunettes sont au top. Les verres sont à ma vue et la monture n'est pas de pire qualité qu'ailleurs. Je recommende 100%.

Occhiali molto belli e le lenti erano perfette, peccato solo che oltre la spedizione Express mi hanno fatto anche pagare la dogana (13€ circa) ma il problema più grande è stato il corriere (fedex) che per pigrizia ci ha messo 3 giorni in più per consegnare il pacco inventando mille scuse. Comunque sono soddisfatta del mio acquisto e se cambieranno il corriere penso che comprerò altri occhiali.

The glasses prescription are not like those you'd get in a proper optical store, they're kind of zoomed in and weirdly blurry - causing headaches. I can't look at a screen for more than 5 mins with them on. In order to get a refund you have to ship them back to Germany at your own expense, which is costly and not worth my time. Do not recommend.

Received glasses quicker than expected. They always take care of issues immediately in the rare case there is a problem! Ive bought at least 10 to 15 pairs of glasses from them in the past 7 yrs and loved all of them! (My prescription has changed and I love having multiple pairs to choose from!) They stew affordable and always have some kinda swole going on.

I was skeptical because I had never heard of them before and the prices were cheap. But for the price, I’m really happy with the two pairs of prescription lenses that I got (but they should be handled gently), and I will definitely buy from them again.
