Be very careful ordering from Firmoo. Sent two pairs of prescription glasses. When I tested them, they were materially out of prescription which would have ultimately caused eye degradation. If you buy them, get them checked.

Great company until you claim warranty. On their website it states 60 days for exchange and return of unsatisfactory glasses and a 365 day warranty for defects in material or workmanship. My frame fell apart after half a year and when I claimed warranty they didn't want to know about it, claimed the 60 days of return and exchange had expired and refused to replace the glasses, offered my some voucher for the frame, to make more money with their faulty items by charging me for lenses and shipping. That is not what warranty is. Won't ever order again from this company.

Delighted with the quality of the glasses ( I ordered 3 pairs!) and the fast shipping to Ireland. Customs was €11 so no issues there. I’d absolutely have no hesitation ordering again and recommending Firmoo to friends & family!

I've ordered from Firmoo for 4 years in a row (1-2 pair at a time) and have always been impressed. I received my new order yesterday after about a week and a half since order placement and one pair had a couple scratches on the lens. I immediately put in an exchange request and when I woke up this morning, they had already sent me a code (they have you re-order them but with the coupon it's free unless you opt for faster shipping). I also loved that they don't require you to send the old pair back; they say either keep them for backups or donate to your nearest eyeglass recycling center.
