FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Wonderful glasses, quality lenses and frame at a very reasonable price. Absolutely delighted with them. My only niggle is that it felt like ages waiting for delivery! I guess the best things come to those who wait.

Lunettes commander top qualité-prix. Rien a dire vraiment superbe exactement a ma vision. Si j'avais été les acheter en france j'aurais payé 4 fois le prix .je conseille franchement ce site

I have bought 5 pairs of varifocal glasses from Firmoo now and they have all be perfect! The prices are really affordable, so I can finally indulge in matching my glasses with my outfits! Excellent customer service and after sales support too.

Excellent customer service! I am very satisfied with my new glasses. The prescription and progressive lenses are perfect and the glasses are very comfortable. Unfortunately, the lenses arrived with a few tiny scratches, but Firmoo customer service responded very quickly and offered an extremely fair and generous solution. I was allowed to keep my glasses and received a voucher for a new pair. The communication was friendly, fast and professional. This is how customer service should be! I will definitely order from Firmoo again and can highly recommend them. Thank you very much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent product but even better customer service. Would highly recommend Firmoo

Honestly I was kind of suspicious about buying glasses online, but as this company was rated very good on Trustpilot, I gave it a try, and I didn't regret it. The ordering process was quite easy, the delivery happened in around 10 days and the glasses fit perfect and give me a perfect view - and all this for a very good price. I highly recommend this company.

El servicio al cliente y post venta, es excelente. El producto es bellísimo y se ve de calidad. El precio es muy económico, aun para lentes recetados. Realmente me gustó mucho todo y mis conocidos ya me dijeron que quieren comprar en esta misma tienda.

I bought three pairs of glasses. The prescription was perfect on all three, and the glasses came quickly and well-packaged. The glasses were also exactly as-pictured on the website, which is always a relief.
