I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Firmoo, when they arrived they did not look the same as was advertised. I was gutted as neither pair suited me. I contacted Firmoo fully expecting to just have to suck it up but they gave me a coupon for the value that I paid so I could order different glasses. I’m very impressed and happy with the help they provided to make sure I get the right glasses for me

Sehwerte passen nicht, Firma möchte die Brille nicht zurücknehmen. Kundendienst hat keine Ahnung. Sie schreiben ich hätte die Brille bereits 5 Monate. Liefertag war aber Dezember 2024 Das Unternehmen ist sehr unseriös! Werben mit Rückgaberecht aber ist sehr schwierig. Werde dort nicht mehr bestellen. Lieber bei einer Deutschen Firma bestellen als diesen Chinaschrott kaufen. Ob die Firma eine Einfuhrumsatzsteuer abführt???

Ordered 4 pairs of glasses, and three of them were not even close to satisfactory. Bifocals were not bifocals, three of the four pairs were incredibly blurry, and I think whoever ground the lenses was drunk.
