My family of 5 changes eyewear every year and we always come back to firmoo! Customer Support is accessible 24/7 365 days per year via live chat or email (we never needed to call). Once my order was delayed/lost in transit and they offered a full refund with a replacement and still let me keep the original when it eventually arrived later. They are friendly, empathetic, attentive, personalised, prompt and efficient. It is the best service I have ever received from a company, in my years of online shopping. Their frames are also affordable. My hope is that they expand to designer frames or other products in the future. Even in my sleep, I would Highly Recommend Firmoo.
