I would 100% recommend firmoo. Was very simple ordering the glasses. Its asked for your PD, and i was panicking. However, a quick search on found me on specsacers website that can digitally tells you your PD. i did this arpund 6 times and went with the average. From ordering to receiveing my glasses it took 11day. 11DAYS... what the acutal. My mum went to spec savers before i ordered mine, she has one pair but the other she hasnt. The price also cant be matched. I had some tommy hilfiger pair of glasses that broke, i came onto the website and found a magnetic pair of sunglasses/glasses that were litterly the same. I got 2 pairs one with light reactive and other magnetic. I also had to pay for special lenses on both pairs cause i needed a smaller frame for my pd with 2for1 duscount code for £81. The glasses feel amazing and the lenses itself feel and look better than my previous ones from highstreer shop. I was worried because it was from a online shop. However the full measurements of the glasses u can see so you can compair to the glasses you have and want something similar. I have told people to get them, im currently going to be ordering my brothers glasses from them aswell. Only thing i would recommend for them is to get some more 30mm frame glasses as my brother only wears these and there is only a couple of pairs. But other than that 1000%

Their customer service team addressed some questions I had about my progressive bifocal prescription. The service was timely, very professional and very caring. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Bonne expérience sur firmoo et un sav très réactif

Awful process. Refused to issue glasses due to "Back Vertex Distance" information being on the prescription. I then attempted to re- order this time not putting this information on the order. Apparently they can't cope with this despite being an entirely different order. I've ordered glasses before online. My prescription is exactly the same as this 2yrs ago and an online company managed to issue glasses. Frustrating waste of time. Avoid
