My first order was wrong because of unclear written prescription.So I logged a refund,I was bit worried but hey Firmoo prove to be a girl think they are.What a smooth service.I was surprised and happy at the same time.I was refunded on the spot full amount I paid I went back to my opt to get clear prescription and placed another order,It was delivered and my glasses looks really nice Being photochromic makes them even nicer and people think they are sunglasses.I ❤️ them.SHOUT OUT TO FIRMOO😍

Ho ricevuto mail sospette a loro nome che mi chiedevano una collaborazione mandandomi occhiali gratis con richiesta di indirizzo, paypal, mail aziendale, numero di telefono ecc… tramite intelligenza artificiale ho iniziato a sospettare fosse una frode e non fossero davvero loro ma ho scritto al loro servizio clienti per verificarlo e avvisarli che qualcuno si spaccia per loro e nessuna risposta ricevuta nonostante siano passate 50 ore Complimenti al servizio clienti, i truffatori si fanno più sentire di voi.

Do not fall for these cheap nonsense glasses. The frames are cheap plastic and the lenses that are touted as non-scratch lenses get scratched just by leaving them on your desk. I got 4 pairs and they were all nonsense, customer service told me that my rights only stopped with them, they are the Judge and Jury. I bet thats how it is done in their part of the world, but in Europe, consumers have rights. Save your money.
