Habe 2 Brillen bei Firmoo bestellt. 1. Top, sitzt super und wie erwartet. Bei der 2. hat mir leider die Farbe trotz Anprobe via dem Tool auf der Firmoo Website nicht so gefallen. Ich habe Customer Service wegen Umstausch kontaktiert, welcher sich schnell zurückgemeldet hat und mir ein grpßzügiges Umtauschangebot gemacht hat. Kann die Firma nur weiter empfehlen

I was unsure of ordering from Firmoo as I’d not heard of them before and prices seemed too good to be true! I had a look through the frames and added so many to my wishlist as there are so many beautiful options! At the end of March I placed my first order, one pair of glasses as a trial run, using a good discount code so I wasn’t out of pocket too much if they didn’t arrive or weren’t as expected. Well… they arrived really quickly and were perfect! So I then ordered 2 more pairs (one normal and one sunglasses). They took a bit longer to arrive but still way before the expected delivery date :) I’m SO happy with them! All three frames are absolutely beautiful, really comfortable to wear and come with both a hard case and soft case/cleaning cloth. The lenses on all of them are perfect… I can’t tell any difference between these lenses and ones I got from Specsavers recently! I’d definitely order more but I can’t justify having more than 3 pairs of glasses at the moment lol. I’ll definitely be recommending Firmoo to others! Absolutely brilliant glasses that I love - and I’m really fussy about glasses!

The customer service is excellent – they respond quickly to emails, and if there are any ambiguities, such as those regarding values, they respond immediately, or they respond very quickly and email the customer for clarification! Top customer service!!!!!

I love glasses provided by Firmoo. This time, I was disappointed by the glass colour and they proposed me a voucher to replace them without any discussion. They provided a qualitative feedback in a very short time frame. Really recommended.

It is very challanging ordering glasses. I ordered per my perscription, polarized when outside. But I got full on sunglasses. They said I ordered incorrectly. The aveage person in not versed in the lingo.This company will refund you 1/2 of your order if incorrect, I feel cheated and have no glasses. I will order elswhere. I recommend CALLING directly, so as not to get mixed up with expectations. The customer service chat guy was nice and tried to help. But they did not care that I said I would post a negative review.
