I don’t usually write reviews, but my last experience with Firmoo customer service left me in awe, so I thought it’s the least I can do to show my appreciation. I had some complications with my newest prescription(a mistake on my part) yet they went over and beyond to resolve the issue. You guys are awesome. The frames and lenses are reasonably priced and good quality, I can only just recommend them!

Great selection of frames but very disappointed on 2 orders where I was told my lenses where not suitable for the frame due to PD - even though I’d ordered the same frames before. Asked to change frame and pay much more for the pleasure (any previous discount applied was removed and I was charged full price!). I cancelled my order and sled for a refund - which I got less £5!? I ordered again and am now having the same issue - sorry sir the frame you have selected is not suitable for your PD - please chose another frame - which I did, I chose a frame which cost £2 more and they sent me a request for £24.80, even though I chose the same lenses?! Very disappointed- will be switching suppliers.

comprei uns óculos para ver ao perto com lentes ultra finas, por sugestão do site, já que a graduação é elevada, pagando um extra de 50 euros. Recebi dentro do prazo aceitável, mas as lentes são ultra grossas. Não cumpriram com o encomendado e pago. Não devolvo porque me fazem falta. Recomendo cuidado.
