I ordered the wrong size frame, not realizing that the frame dimensions are very important. Firmoo promptly sent me a code for the price I paid. I just ordered again, being careful to match the dimensions from my current glasses (on the temple). From the fast shipping, selection and customer service, Firmoo has earned the five stars.

There was delay due to holidays and some other factors, but customer support was very proactive in helping with getting my glasses to me. They also offered a coupon for my next purchase for the delay, which is perfect since I buy all my Glasses from here. Glasses were perfect I love them so much. Good prices for sturdy glasses.

Ich habe erstmalig nach Tipp meines Nachbarn probehalber ein Gleitsichtbrille bestellt. Die kam nach 2 Wochen. Da ich vorsichtshalber ein sehr ähnliches Gestell bestellt habe wie meine aktuelle Brille, ist sie meiner Frau gar nicht aufgefallen. Ich habe sie aufgesetzt und seither nicht mehr abgenommen. Die Qualität der Gläser ist erstklassig. Das Gestell erscheint mir etwas fragil, aber ich warte es ab. Bisher restlos zufrieden.
