Buyer beware! I decided to give Firmoo a try based on the fair reviews online. I purchased 2 prescription eyeglasses and added UV Ray protection coating plus Blue light protection coating which I normally add on to my many previous prescription glasses purchased elsewhere. The glasses from Firmoo were delivered on time and with no visible damage. However the lenses have a blue reflection of every light I come across when outdoors. I have never never ever had experienced this kind of problem before with any of my prescription glasses. I contacted them and they sent a replacement for the original defective order with the same issues as the first order. Since this is a manufacturing defect I requested a full reimbursement which they refuse to issue as they apparently issue a one time return/exchange per order. Not worth the hassle. It was so easy to order my glasses, you guys have a great selection. Customer Service is AMAZING and I received my glasses quickly.

A couple of weeks ago I went to a local coffee shop and fell in love with the owner's glasses. She gave me the website and I immediately went home and ordered them. The website was very easy to navigate. 10 days later the glasses were in my mailbox. The price (I have progressives) was half of what I paid at another online company.

This is a great company extremely helpful and courteous.
