Excellent quality and service. Love the glasses!

I used firmoo few times. My last pair of glasses lasted my over 5 years and they are still in a great condition, I only need new ones because of a new prescription. I purchased from them again and I wanted to return them as they are a bit too small for me. Firmoo kindly send me a voucher to get a new pair. Im very satisfied with the quality and the service. J avais un soucis avec une monture quand j ai commandé il m on envoyer un email pr me conseiller très pro , monture très belle et si vous tomber pendant une offre ça défis tte concurrence. C est la 3 eme fois que je commande et aucun regret bien au contraire

Realicé un pedido por recomendación de una amiga, y al llegar las gafas noté un tinte amarillo en el cristal, porque realicé el pedido erróneamente. Me puse en contacto con ellos por el chat en vivo y me ayudaron a solucionar mi problema y realizar un nuevo pedido, y he recibido las gafas correctas en una semana. Totalmente recomendable, mucha calidad, y la graduación se ve igual que mis gafas de ópticas tradicionales. Muy recomendado especialmente con todas las promociones que tienen.

ORDER NUMBER 25122909350219 I have ordered from Firmoo before, my first experience was first class. However, my recent purchase (order number above so they can’t wriggle out of it with their usual “we can’t locate your order BS generic reply”, the glasses arrived and weren’t sitting straight so kept slipping down my nose. I emailed Firmoo and their resolution was to refund me with £6 less than I’d paid plus I had to pay to return the faulty glasses at my expense. I wonder how much Firmoo has profited by defrauding their customers in this way? Absolute joke

I have ordered a total of 8 pairs of glasses over the last three years, some for me and some for my husband. The first thing I noticed is that the website is well fleshed out and easy to use, which is always a bonus. The glasses we received have always been high in quality - we were used to spending hundreds of pounds in Specsavers, but firmoo glasses honestly rival them in terms of quality, and obviously the price point is fantastic. Due to the prices, I've been able to buy multiple pairs and can switch around depending on my mood! The reason I decided to write a review was due to the customer service, which is fantastic. I reached out to enquire whether my current favourite frames will be restocked. I received a very quick response that sadly they will not be restocked, but was provided with links to very similar alternatives! I thought this was amazing as I have never had such a good customer service experience! I will be coming back to firmoo 100%, cannot recommend them enough.

Super kulant, modische Auswahl, völlig unkomplizierter Ablauf. Durch einen Fehler meinerseits eine nicht passende Brille bestellt. Umgehende Zusendung eines Gutscheines für eine Ersatzbrille. So einen Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Passende Brille war ruckzuck da, einfach top, vielen Dank. Sehr zu empfehlen

I've so far ordered four pairs of glasses from Firmoo, three regular pairs and one prescription sunglasses. I'm very happy with my experience, and especially the customer service. Just recieved my second order today, where I didn't like the color of one of the frames on me. Just didn't suit my coloring, and they gave me a coupon totaling the cost of the frames and lenses I'd chosen, so I could order new, free ones in the color I wanted instead. Very happy with them! And they get my prescription right, which can be tough for astigmatism. Stylish frames too. 10/10
