Two days after I bought the fireplace it went in sale for $200 less. I called to ask about it and I was told I would receive a call back after they spoke with a supervisor and no one called.

Hi Derek, I sincerely apologized for not receiving a callback from us regarding the issue. Actually we are not allowed to sell below manufacturer's recommended price.

Our recent experience with the fireplace order was nothing short of amazing. To our delight, the shipment arrived within just three days and in perfect condition with no damage. The customer service team also impressed us with their exceptional service. We are thrilled with our new fireplace and are sure it will bring warmth and comfort to our home for years to come.

Fireplaces USA is the only website that gave me confidence in product dimensions. We had very specific dimensions to fill our old fireplace with an electric insert. The item arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly. I relied on other reviews for quality and we have been extremely happy with this purchase. I will only be purchasing from them again. Thank you!

Jessica Malonga was very, very helpful and responsive every step of the way! She deserves a bonus in my opinion. Most employees only hear the about the irate customers and complaints. Make sure she is recognized please.

The glass face brackets came off easily, luckily the glass didn’t break! I need a replacement glass since the brackets are glued on.

Hi James, as I have explained during our conversation that we need to see the photos of the item needed to replace and forward it to the manufacturer since that is the only way for us to get a replacement. It is not our process but it's manufacturer's procedure regarding warranty and replacement. I am willing to request for a replacement as long as I have the photos for their reference.
