Sent damaged fireplace it was a real headache to resolve the matter and then they sent a second fireplace instead of just the damaged pieces to replace and expected us to hurry up and tear down the first fireplace and return when it took this company forever to respond to our damaged request. We ended up just using one side piece for repair because the matel piece was damaged worse than the first one and we didn’t want to go through the constant phone calls and being told she would get right back to me after she talked with her manager and never would call me back I was constantly calling to make sure they weren’t going to blow us off. These fireplaces are not cheap but this company treats you cheap so I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

One of the best purchases I have made for my home. Not only was it easy to mount (would recommend mounting it with some help), but it was a great compliment for my living room making it more cozy. The different light features allows you change the mood of your room. Also, having a built in heater is a great feature for the cold winter nights. Worth every penny and highly recommend purchasing.
