We purchased the Dimplex Revillusion 42” Weathered Concrete electric fireplace. The fireplace came quickly and was easy to install. Most realistic electric fireplace we’ve seen. Great product and great service from Fireplaces USA!

Overall ordering process was pleasant, although we received one item damaged upon arrival.

They didn't supply the items on time , after infinite number of chats it was supplied partially, and refund for the missing parts was less than it should be. Bottom line I didn't get the fireplace on time and need to spend more money to complete the missing parts. Not recommended business

I apologize for any confusion, you are requesting a refund that exceeds the amount you initially paid. However, providing a refund greater than the amount paid is not something we can accommodate. Please note that we have already made efforts to assist you by offering several discounts and providing a full refund based on the amount you originally paid. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have done our best to address your concerns within the scope of our refund policy. If you have any further questions or require clarification regarding the refund process, please let us know, and we'll be glad to assist you.

The purchase went smoothly and delivery was very fast. However, I needed to return the fireplace as it did not meet my needs. This is where the rating dropped. It took 3 phone calls to have the return shipping label sent via email, despite being told on the previous 2 calls that it would be sent the next day. The second call was actually initiated by the company, calling to verify that I truly Wanted to return the item, not exchange it for a different item.

Hello David thanks for taking your time bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologized for the inconvenience this may cause. The process took too long due to the issue on our emails previously which is our primary source of processing the returns. We will make sure to address the issue to our higher ups and have this issue corrected to avoid it from happening again. .

Great responsive service. Sent the fireplaces on time as promised. The first was stolen off my driveway, and fireplaces worked with UPS to do the replacement.

Absolutely love the look of our new fireplace! We converted our gas fireplace to an electric one and this one exceeds our expectations when it comes to quality and aesthetics. It has several options available for customizing the flames and colors which really adds to the ambiance experience! Fast shipping and competitive pricing. A+! Will purchase from again!
