I shopped here twice to get a pair of running shoes for my husband who's in the military both times they told me that I didn't get a military discount even though it is posted outside of the store. I've had to call customer service to get my discount the last shopping experience I had I would never go back into that story again a gentleman named Dion help me after I called corporate to get my discount he then pushed my shoes to me very rudely I did ask him who his district manager was in he said that he didn't know and from me to call back the corporate office to find out I have called corporate 2 times and was told that I would get a call back from the district manager name Mike Rodrigues I have still yet to get a phone call back in we are in week 2 of what happen. Not only was the military discount not applied but also my neighbor who is active duty just like my husband was told when he went in there a previous week prior that he didn't get a military discount the saddens me to know that you have people that are running a store that are saying that you can't get a military discount when you guys have it posted and as far as what corporate says they're supposed to get one.

Would never recommend Finish Line. Already paid for our shoe order which has been ‘lost’ twice and i still have no guarenteed shipment date. Ordered shoes on finish line website on 3/3/18. Told shoes would arrive between 3/7-3/12. When they didn’t arrive by the 12th, i called them on the 13th and they said the order was ‘stuck in process’. They canceled the original order and put in a new order with a rush 2 day delivery guaranteeing that the shoes would arrive by 3/17/18. When the shoes didn’t arrive i called them again on 3/19/18 and they, again, said the order was still in process and they didn’t have a tracking number for us. I was obviously quite upset and they said they were unable to give me shipment information and said they would credit back the $7 shipping fee for the inconvenience....definitely not enough for the extreme delay and several calls with no resolve. When i asked for an apology via email they said they would note my account and submit the request. Terrible customer service, no guarantees for shipment and failure to deliver product even though i have already paid for the product. I have asked for a follow up email with a confirmation number, tracking number, refund confirmation and apology and Finish Line has not provided any of these.

I purchased $400 worth of Nike's online. They arrived with visible glue on the bottom like they hadn't been glued properly and they had scrapes on the air bubbles. I drove 40 minutes to the nearest brick-and-mortar store to return the items for my money back. I then ordered another pair. My new pair arrived, but it had more glue that was even visible on the side of the shoe. I called customer service who didn't seem like they cared very much, but gave me a $30 refund for my troubles. I called Corporate Customer Service, because I never received my return label. They then told me that they called their warehouse to make sure I would be getting a brand new pair. I called back the next day to give them the tracking number for the returned shoes so they could ship the new pair when they explained to me that they can not check the "warehouse", so I was lied to by the representative at the corporate headquarters. This tells me all I need to know about this company. I have been shopping from them since my early twenties (about 18 years) and they have lost a customer. I will give Nike my money directly and use them as a Best Buy. Wonder why retail is dying off....

This company ships out used and dirty merchandise! Happened to me and a friend within the same time frame of ordering. When you complain, all they offer is to have the purchase sent back. Shady practices! Never ordering from them again.

Made 2 x orders from Finish Line before I set out on holiday to Florida late last year. Order 1 was a pair of Nike Air Huarache Ultra's and order 2, a pair of Nike Air Max Prime SL. Both arrived at my nominated Orlando address in the specified time frame and in tip-top condition (no box damage). I have been buying from here for about 6 years now and highly recommend them!

I ordered my shoes online and couldn't be happier with the simplicity and shipping time. The process is easy and the delivery is quick.

Refused to issue store credit or refund for gift with receipt. After 5 calls to Custom Service, I could either drive 25 miles back to store for refund or just give up. 5 CSRs, 5 different answers. Poorly trained and downright rude. Will never give them my money again.
