I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas, because Finish Line had the best price. I was so upset, I get the sweatshirt in the mail and take it out to look at it, someone had obviously tried it on, there was makeup ALL over the sweatshirt! I couldn't believe they sent me a sweatshirt in that condition. So I asked for a replacement. They said no problem. A week goes by, nothing comes in the mail. I contact them and now all of a sudden "we don't have that item in stock anymore". I will never order from this company again. Sending me an item that is dirty and then not notifying me until *I* call to find out where my replacement is is just bad business.

I ordered my son a pair of black and red Jordans using a cyber 20 coupon code only offered during cyber week. It was also free shipping. When my shoes arrived in the mail they were girls pink and black. I double checked my order online and sure enough they sent me the wrong ones. I called customer service, which was no help at all, and ended up returning to my local store. I waited for the money to be refunded to me so I could reorder the shoes. I put them in my cart and realized that I am now going to have to pay over $20.00 more for them because the free shipping and cyber20 coupon were no longer active. I called customer service where I was told there was nothing they could do. I explained the situation several time to her and she eventually said to just place the order and call back once I received the email confirmation. I did just that and the lady who helped me this time had no clue about what was going on despite the previous lady telling me she would put notes in my order. I went over the situation again and they still weren't able to give me the price I originally ordered them at. I've ordered quite a few pairs of shoes from them, but I think this will be the final order from me. Customer service really shows how much a company cares about its customers. Extremely disappointed!

Like most customers here I got burned by their Black Friday shopping issues. I filled my shopping cart over 20 items, checked out, got the confirmation email. Week after I realized only 3 of them showed up! I check the order status and most of them was canceled. I called the customer service and listened to the same lame BS; that some of them were not in stock. I understand that it is possible to have inventory issues but WHY the confirmation email stating everything is good?? WHY is there a no follow up email notifying the customer item has been canceled??? All those items were Christmas gifts that I have checked off my list. Had I known some of my purchases didn't make it, I would have shopped else where. Now I missed all the deals. oh.. by the way all my rewards points were zerod out as well, even the my existing points, $30 worth of reward dollars, all gone... This is not a way to run a e-commerce business. In cases of issues like then customer service should kick in to rectify the matter. Since that was missing as well this was clearly intentional border line scam order processing. NEVER AGAIN!

My lady bought me some sneakers as a gift in the wrong size on ghe finishline website. I call finish line customer service in order to send the shoes back and get the right size. I was told to go into a store because they'd have to refund the money back to her card and repay again for the right size elsewise....at this point I'm already halfway upset because why wouldn't they be able to recieve my shoes back and just send the correct size? Either way, I give in and call back to see if i do drive an hour out the way and they don't have the shoes will they take mines back and order them for me and send the new ones to me. They assured me they would do that for me. They also told me i can do this at ANY finish line. So I drive the hour and change to finish line in the mall, which so happened to be in a Macy's. I was told they won't do that there... I call finish line customer service and THEN I was told ohhhhh every finish line BESIDES ones in Macy's. At this point I'm really not satisfied with options for people who don't live right near a finish line. They were happy to refund the money back to card and take a repayment for the same shoes in another size... Should I have paid from my card and then waited for my lady to get the refund and tell her she owes me for the shoes she bought me? Sounds completely ridiculous to me. We are just returning the sneakers. Definely lost a customer.

Horrible business practices. Made a purchase for the so called deals, which now I wonder if they were legit. Put in my cart, then kept booting me out and was not able to purchase. Over the next few hours, could not get on, kept telling me to wait. My son was able to purchase these good deals, well guess what they cancelled his order today!! Back to my experience, once I was able to get back on, all different products and prices. This is a sham and needs to be reported. Will buy elsewhere and would tell people to do the same. Finish Line has deceiving business practices with this so called sale. Wondering if they ever had the products in the 1st place !!

Order cancelled after confirmation Much like the review before me, I ordered during the Black Friday sale. I paid, got a confirmation email. Then the next day, my order is cancelled because they can't keep up with their own stock and sold me things they don't even have. When I called to get a resolution I was told I could order something else, not for the sale price though, and not for the items I actually wanted because those are still sold out. Why would I give this company anymore of my money?

They need negative stars for this sucky place. Waited online for 2 hours ordered my shoes. Then a day later my order was canceled. These where shoes my kids wanted and needed for Christmas. I wouldn’t buy from finish line if they where giving away free shoes. Online sucks don’t waste your time you will be highly disappointed.

They false advertise sales on items they dont have to increase website traffic so badly the website cant even function properly and it takes 3 hours just to order 1 pair of shoes. If I could rate -3 stars I would.
