Straight Trash!!! I place an order on Afterpay December 11.. Received 2/3 items I ordered.. never received my shoes which they charged me for steadily called them.. Here it is Christmas & no explanation just want to refund my account?? Never again.. I’ll stick with Footlocker.

The worst customer service ever. I placed an order on 12/18 upgraded the shipping it was supposed to be delivered by 12/23. I called today and they basically told me you get it when you get it. Wait until Monday or Tuesday to call back. They haven't shipped my order, the lady was so rude and click the phone on me. I am never ordering again from Finish line

I ordered a pair of sneakers from this dry website, and I was told they would arrive December 7th clearly it has passed, then December 16th, then December 22nd, they passed do I look like a joke ?? I want my refund and I dont care about your policy you will give it to me! You’re business is garbage I spent my hardworking money on your dirty site just to get scammed! 👎🏼 I hate you and I will never and I mean never ever spend a penny on this site again they wasted my time they scammed me and they lied to me!👎🏼 I want my refund so I can go to shoe palace and buy my shoes from them! I will speak to your owner and that customer service of yours you want to take me for a joke ?? I’ll show you what a joke is! I don’t play about my hardworking money!

I purchased a PAIR of sneakers as a gift. I received ONE shoe in the box via mail. I spoke to customer service 7x. NO HELP , NO SUPERVISOR NOTHING. NO ACCOMMODATIONS but more inconveniences. I Returned my ONE sneaker i was promised the PAIR i originally ordered would be coming in before Christmas by 5 representatives. I woke up this morning received an email that my replacement order was cancelled. We are three days shy from Christmas and now my order was cancelled because they ran out of the product i originally ordered to begin with. FINISH LINE you dropped the ball on this one. Now i have to wait 3-5 days for a refund? I have to purchase another pair of sneakers without the deal i originally received (cyber monday). I received a lousy email telling me my order was cancelled and with no explanation. I received the run around for days about my purchase . So you shipped ONE sneaker out , gave me the run around for days after the fact i returned your ONE sneaker to cancel my order instead of sending my original purchase.

Never buy anything from this website plz I never received my order and they never reply to my email so disappointed!! CAN THEY SHUT DOWN THEIR BUSINESS there scams!!

When I tried to use a Finish Line gift card, I found that it had a zero balance. I contacted Finish Line but they did not reimburse me. Finish Line's gift card system has been compromised. Do not buy Finish LIne gift cards.

I placed an order online with finish line at least 4 times and was told every time item wasn’t available and my order was cancelled! This website is a fraud! They never have anything in stock they claim to have.

Made a reservation for the Jordan jubilees (2020). Got an email my raffle entry was submitted twice and it marked it as fraud. I received an email from their reservations department about it so I called ASAP after the email and the customer service representative told me I was in the clear and to completely disregard the email. The next day,(today) I went to finish line to pick up the shoes and they told me they raffled them to someone else when my entry was never fraud. I then left and called their customer service number again and they said my account has a note now and he should have known. Drove 45 mins for no reason and ended up having to buy on stockx for double the price.Will never give them my business again.
