Ordered shoes. Showed up online as processing for 5 days. Received email that Finish Line canceled order. No explanation. Now scrambling to find same shoes for grandson's gift this week. Will never order from Finish Line again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY THRU THE WEBSITE. WHEN MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE I CALLED AND WAS GIVEN THE WRONG SHIPPING COMPANY NAME 2 TIMES UPON 3RD CONTACT FINALLY ABLE TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT CO NAME AND TRACKING NUMBER AND THAT WAS 17 DAYS AGO. SHIP CO FINALLY ADMITS THAT PACKAGE IS LOST....REALLY? NEVER WOULD HAVE GUESSED THAT. NO FOLLOW THRU-NO CONCERN OR CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY OR EVEN ON THE MAP. YOU WOULD THINK IF YOU PAY OVER $100 FOR A PAIR OF SHOES THE LEAST THAT COULD HAPPEN IS THEY COULD GET TO YOU AND IF NOT THE COMPANY WOULD CARE. RUN DON'T WALK FROM FINISH LINE YOU WILL BE BEYOND FRUSTRATED IF YOU DON'T.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a joke. You place an order get tracking info only to be told a complete lie about it being delivered. You call customer service and barely understand what they are saying. They over talk you. This company is holding shoes for family and friends and then make you fill out an affidavit like you’re lying about not receiving your order. I’m thankful I received my refund in a timely manner but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THEM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.

I ordered shoes and they canceled it and told me they didn’t have them but they charged my account🤦🏽‍♀️

I ordered some (2) pairs shoes for my son, received one correct pair but the other pair was a size 13 Men size, package had my address but the box inside had a different address, I contacted customer service, short story I sent back the shoes was told by finish line that they would send me the correct shoes as soon as they received the shoes, send the shoes and called customer service to let them know that package was sent.I asked if they shoes I wanted were out of stock of what I read they mentioned that I didn’t have to worry about it that The shoes were set aside for me, well received a email saying that the shoes were not available, there mistake and then we the customer had to deal with that. Don’t think I’ll be purchasing any shoes by them.

Tried buying digital giftcards and they took forever to be approved they say it was for my safety but they took my money in seconds yet waited for like 13 hrs before they emailed the "cards" never ever ever EVER AGAIN!

I called Finishline for a pair of shoes they told me they had them. Then when I get there. They tell Me that the shoes were on reserve (2 days after the raffle for them.) Must be on reserve for a co-worker! I called customer service and they are a complete JOKE! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY! FORGETTING ABOUT FINISHLINE FOREVER!!!!!!!! GARBAGE!!

Terrible online service, second time that they aint have inventory! But when I order they have it but when it's time...you know what I just won't order from them ever again...TERRIBLE!
