Fine Rug CollectionReviews of finerugcollection.com

This was my first purchase from Fine Rug Collection. Before making it, I looked at several other oriental rug sites and purchased two locally (which I returned). Fine Rug Collection site was easy to navigate, their online chat helpful and the pricing, especially with discount, excellent. The rug was delivered in 2 days. The colors on-line were very close to actual and although a "semi-antique" the rug's condition is excellent. My only reservation (and reason for 4 stars vs 5) was some contradictions between the chat salesperson's recommendations and the website's.

Gorgeous rug- even better than the picture display. Great value and quick delivery time. Thanks!

I spoke with Itay from Fine Rug Collection regarding the rug I was interested in. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The price was very reasonable, and the rug was delivered earlier than promised. Based on my experience, I would recommend Fine Rug Collection without hesitation.

I got a great rug in the best price I could find. The rug came in only two days after I placed the order and it even looks better in real life than it did on the video and photos! Great job, I will be back for more!

I felt the colors were not as vibrant as other rugs we have in the house. I also felt the photo on the internet did not portray the colors correctly. The background was darker than portrayed. A real dark beige. It was not what I was expecting but is acceptable.

Great customer service, knowledgable, ready to help, answers all questions , great prices and above all ,beautiful rugs.

I could not believe that I actually could get such beautiful carpets (2) at such a low, low, ..................low prices, but I was wrong ! I feel like I have struck gold. Could not be happier and the fastest delivery of my lifetime and I ain't no spring chicken.....beleive me! Thank you, thank you so much. Jerry

Fine Rug Collection has an excellent website which was a great help in selecting a small rug to add to our collection. I had a brief online conversation with an agent but ended up not needing any help. The actual purchase was easily accomplished; a pending charge showed up on my credit card and a notification of how the rug was to be shipped and a tracking number. The rug arrived by UPS today carefully packaged and was exactly what we wanted. It has been a nice experience throughout and would recommend the company for anyone wanting to buy an oriental rug.
