After browsing many online rug retailers, fortunately I found finerugcollection.com, the only ones I'd seen to offer a 90 day rug trial and free return within that period. Tommy helped me via online chat and phone not only with my rug choices but also with the purchase process itself since there was a glitch with my PayPal account (there was no problem with the rug website payment portal itself). I bought a large and a small rug, which were well represented in the online videos. We decided after a while to return the small one just to keep watching for one a little more like the style of the large one which we're keeping, and Tommy graciously and without delay sent us a return UPS label at no charge. I'm impressed in every way with this company and will definitely buy here again.
