excellent customer service
The 2 rugs were, of course, beautiful but the remarkable part of my experience was the organized system for shipping and exchanges. My original rug order was too large for the space (my measuring error) so I took advantage of the 90 day exchange/return policy. The original rug went back with free shipping and the correct size came back, also free shipping. Everything is programmed and if needed, a service person answers any questions within hours. I did not shop locally first so I cannot compare their pricing but they do offer discounts and sale items.

Service, Delivery, and Quality
I must admit that I was a little nervous about ordering fine carpets on-line, but I took a chance and did it because there was not anyone where I live that has such a selection. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that the carpets I ordered were exactly as advertised and will bring many years of pleasure and satisfaction to the home's interior. I will order from Fine Rug Collection in the future for any carpet needs. Thank you for the quick service and quality product.

Will be returning
I was very disappointed in the quality of the rug I purchased. The lines are not straight nor the pattern shapes consistent. The area where the fringe attaches was not well stitched. I tried to look very closely at pictures before purchasing but did not see these details. It is very difficult to buy a rug online and I'm beginning to think that price is really the number one indicator on the quality you can expect. I do greatly appreciate that they have free shipping and returns and they made the return process extremely easy.

I received a beautiful carpet supported by great service and follow up
I was well looked after Tom walked me thought the whole process and reassured me with all his knowledge and expertise. I am glad I took the plunge buying a carpet on-line- no regrets!
