I was very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a quality rug. Super fast response when I had questions and help searching for the perfect piece, best deal I could possibly find, and the quality of the rug is exceptional. This sounds like a paid response, but it's not--I promise. I am so impressed and will definitely be back in the future for my next investment.

The rug arrived quickly and is just as pictured. It looks beautiful in our hallway.

I recently sent a bad review because I thought my order had been cancelled without any notice. They did however refund my money. Later I was contacted by the company and found that they had sent a notice regarding the rug being on back order but was to sent to a different email address. They told me the rug was on back order and when it came in they would send it to me free of charge! I was very impressed with their kindness and true to their word I did indeed receive my rug a few weeks later. This is definitely an honest company to order from and I will do so again.

Hello Karen, We did not canceled the order we just refunded you all your money back. We also sent you an email explaining the situation right after the refund was issued, you must have missed it. The rug you ordered was out of stock and we back-order it - you will get it within couple of weeks. To show our good faith for keeping you waiting we decided to refund you the full amount of the order and you can keep the rug free of any charge. Hope you enjoy the rug once you receive it, Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Itay.

My experience was excellent.

I won't send it back because it is wonderful quality and too heavy to bother, but the colors were way different in person even though I checked on a couple of different monitors before buying. Like Beige/tan/brown center instead of sage-ish center. Not bananas about the colors, but the quality is great.

After scouring the internet, retail websites, etc., etc., I finally found a place that goes way above and beyond in customer service and their beautiful product! Fine Rug Collection is the source you need to experience if you are in the market for a rug. I was absolutely amazed at the customer care during my phone conversation with Aktar and how meticulously my two rugs were carefully packaged when they arrived on my doorstep. Their pride and care of their rugs is over the moon! My rugs are more gorgeous than I even dreamed! So happy!!
