We have a number of beautiful. oriental rugs that we inherited from grandparents. Having said that, I had room for another and saw one on this website that I loved. I was very reluctant to buy it online but the reviews and return policy gave me courage. The rug is even more beautiful than the pictures and I am delighted with. it. I would not hesitate to do business with this company. These folks have the customer's best interest at heart!

I talked with Itay today and basically said my experience couldn't have been better.

My rug arrived arrived promptly, well-packaged and exactly as pictured. I am very happy with the look and quality of the rug, and appreciate the follow-up emails with care suggestions. Will use this company again and recommend to others.

The rug was better than the image on the website and the website is outstanding. We would recommend using Fine rugs for future rug source...their quality and followup is outstanding.

We are very pleased with the selection, quality, prices, communication and quick delivery. It's a leap of faith to buy sight unseen, but the images, videos and description are 100% accurate. We are about to place our third order. Thank you.

I love the rugs. Ups left them on my front porch without ringing the bell. It was very difficult to get them inside by myself next time I will order them separately
