Fine Rug CollectionReviews of finerugcollection.com

All Great. Had to return one rug as the color did not match. Quality and price was super.

We love our new rug in our living room!!! We felt confident ordering it with all the detailed information provided on your website and after speaking with your representatives on the phone. The order process was professional, courteous and prompt. It couldn’t have been a better or easier process. Thank you!

Rug arrived in a timely fashion, well wrapped, delivered right to the door. Very pretty, seems to be well made, and exactly as appears in the photographs. I think it will be a good addition to our house.

I am not sure what rug you are referring to. I purchased 2 rugs from Fine Rug, they are beautiful rugs, well made and my 5x8 is a one of a kind. Great prices for the both of them. Packaging I can't say anything bad, I live in the Northeast and the weather can change in minutes. The packaging would provide protection against a Nor'easter blizzard they were so well packaged.

Your customer service is bar none the best. Free shipping and returns are wonderful and provide ease of purchase for your high value rugs. Will most assuredly do business with you again.

I've been thrilled with Fine Rug's website - most notably by how many shots of each rug there are, with every one being completely "magnifiable" - and with the HD video showing every angle and close-ups of the rug. The assortment of rugs in every category is spectacular and very easy to peruse. My phone conversations with FRC's personnel have also been expedient and pleasant. I can't say enough about this company and their website.

Received my rug very quickly, It is better then I had hoped for. Colors are soft, rug had very few wrinkles and came out in 2Days. Happy customer!
